There is room for up to 15 people (up to three more beds can be supplied on a temporary basis for an additional cost), making it very affordable from $39 per person per night.   • A gem for families! It was FABULOUS! The kids were so amused with the tennis court, spa, riding bikes, etc, we barely left the property! When we did, it was only a short drive to the beach or to the most beautiful town – Berry. The property is spacious inside with a fabulous kitchen and all the cooking utensils you need. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed using the fireplace at night. The kids collected fresh eggs every morning and enjoyed watching cows and horses roam around the properties nearby. A great getaway for families or small groups.

  • The house worked very well with our group and the grounds were superb for the kids. The 3 year olds spent most of the time in the cubby and sand pit, and the older ones spent their time on adventures and bikes. And on Playstation 2! Great collection of videos, DVDs, games and toys.
