Small and large groups for up to 15 guest – a great value getaway! Book early to avoid disappointment as our Lodge is very popular and booked well ahead. N.B 3-4 more temporary beds can be supplied for an additional cost negotiated direct with owner.

  • Weekend rate Friday 3:30pm – Sunday 11:00am (extra hours bookable at $48 per hour) $3450
  • Mid-week booking out of school holidays Mon – Thurs minimum 2 night booking $965 per night = $1930
  • Mid-week NSW school holidays Mon – Thurs nights minimum 4 night booking $965 per night = $3860
  • Optional commercially laundered hotel grade linen & all 15 beds made up ready for your arrival $265
  • Optional fresh hot rainwater 8 person spa $285 minimum 2 nights booking – then $125 per night
  • Optional Spa & 4 Tennis Racquets with balls combined with early check-in(11:30am) and late check-out(2:00pm) = $315
  • Holiday season prices may vary according to demand and availability

After you have contacted us to confirm availability and your booking has been accepted by management, please complete this booking form along with payment to secure booking.

Note that all fields in this form need to be completed. Please ensure you have the following information to hand, which is required as a provision against any property damage that may require an insurance claim. All personal details are kept confidential and never shared with any third party.

  • Your booking dates
  • Number of adults/children
  • Personal details of the person making booking and another adult guest staying with different home addresses (full name, date of birth, home address which matches Driver’s license, mobile, home phone, Driver’s license number and state/territory)
  • We also require a photograph or scan of the front and back of the booking organisers’ (person making booking and paying bond) drivers license, and a photograph or scan of the front and back of the driver’s license of one other member of the party.

Paypal payment for BOND

Please use this Paypal button to pay your $895 bond (can be used for rent but is a 2.5% surcharge for rent payments via Paypal – no charge for bonds). Bond is due with every booking 1 week before your stay (must be paid before you can enter the property).

  • A gem for families! It was FABULOUS! The kids were so amused with the tennis court, spa, riding bikes, etc, we barely left the property! When we did, it was only a short drive to the beach or to the most beautiful town – Berry. The property is spacious inside with a fabulous kitchen and all the cooking utensils you need. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed using the fireplace at night. The kids collected fresh eggs every morning and enjoyed watching cows and horses roam around the properties nearby. A great getaway for families or small groups.

  • The house worked very well with our group and the grounds were superb for the kids. The 3 year olds spent most of the time in the cubby and sand pit, and the older ones spent their time on adventures and bikes. And on Playstation 2! Great collection of videos, DVDs, games and toys.
